ORKI-1156: Rudy

A VERY grouchy orki. Rudy is all about work and doing what she deems is best. She works as a police officer of sorts in Jewel isle. In her free time she frequently trains and comes up with new fighting techniques. Rudy isn't much of a socializer, she prefers to just stick to her daily routine.

Rudy does not like Lapen. She frequently tries to kill her.
