You can do it if it's an emergency and the species allows it. I understand that sometimes, things happen.

If you offered a trade: the value of the design = the value of the Character/things given.
^{AGAIN Vouchers for CS species characters are ok if the species allows them. My design rules apply mostly to regular designs, not CS designs. My T.O.S can't affect other species T.O.S}
